PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Hi Folks,

Wow, what a winter! I'll be glad when this one is over. We have had a lot going on since the last Fins & Feathers went out, all of which will be discussed at the spring meeting. Please plan to attend, these meetings are for your benefit and expensive to reschedule. I hope to see everyone there. Thanks !!!
